About Nova

Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, supports executive coordination across departments, and manages key administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resource management, building a strong foundation through a range of HR roles across diverse organizations. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid advancement into roles with increased responsibility underscored her leadership and ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career was leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at the Technology University. This initiative, especially crucial amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, yielded a streamlined HR framework and meaningful cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity, even during difficult times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, compliance regulations, and HR best practices. These capabilities position her well to navigate complex challenges and elevate organizational excellence, aligning closely with KKBC’s goals. Nova is passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and collaboration in the workplace, a passion she pursues outside of work through travel, exploration of diverse cultures, scenery, and cuisines.
